DfI Northern Ireland Planning Statistics Third Quarter 2018/19 Statistical Bulletin was released today and can be accessed here.

This statistical publication provides provisional activity and performance figures for the third quarter of 2018/19, following the transfer of planning powers to councils in April 2015.

Accompanying Excel tables can also be accessed from the same link, which contain the information underlying the charts and graphs featured in the bulletin as well as further analyses and breakdowns. The summary infographic highlights some of the key points from the report.

I joined LANI because I felt I needed more support and information than I had been getting. In attending the General Meetings I have met many other landlords who face the same issues as myself and I have been able to keep myself up to date with the changes taking place.
