Why Join LANI?
We seek to represent the interests of independent private landlords in Northern Ireland and to provide you with the help, support and information you need (Northern Ireland has housing laws and administration that are completely separate from those in the rest of the UK).
We engage with government officials and others at stakeholder events to provide a landlord’s perspective and promote better awareness of the sector where we can. We also take part in consultations and have made a real difference to policy outcomes for landlords over the years.
Of course this takes a lot of time, effort and commitment. We’re a non-profit with no public funding that relies on the support of our members. How much we can achieve depends entirely on the resources we have available so we encourage as many landlords as possible to join.
What’s in it for you? All of the above plus free access to our events, free information and advice and the opportunity to meet and benefit from the collective experience of other landlords.
