The Department for Communities launched a survey to give everyone the opportunity to say what they think of the new HMO regime that was rolled out on April 1st last year. The deadline has now been extended from 5th February to 19th February to give more people a chance to respond.
If you haven’t completed the survey yet, please do so. When you do, please drop us an email to say you have done it so we have an idea of numbers.
This is your only opportunity to pass comment on the legislation and how it has been implemented by your council. Your reply doesn’t have to be lengthy, a few words in each box will be sufficient.
