Just reminding you that the speaker at the LANI General Meeting on 8 March has requested that any questions in relation to the Private Tenancies Act be passed to them by the LANI office by 1 March 23 per message sent out previously. As such questions should be sent by email to the office – info@lani.org.uk – so they can be included in the presentation.

This is a bespoke presentation and there will be very little time for questions on the night due to the amount of information that will be provided and time constraints.

This presentation will provide information on the practical side of the changes that are coming in on 1 April as part of this Act.  It will help us understand how we are expected to meet the requirements of sections 1-6 of the Act.  Whilst an outline of the requirements was covered at the last meeting this presentation will be concentrate on the out-workings for Landlords.
