This event will take the form of a workshop held in Harlequins on 28 February 2023 at 7pm.
Belfast City Council are offering all Landlords and Managing Agents who have a property in Belfast, especially in the Wider University/Lower Ormeau Area, a unique opportunity to share their expertise insight and ideas at a meeting to help shape the Upcoming Area Action Plan for the next 4 years.
At the meeting there will be discussions about what, in your experience, has worked well and needs to be done over the next four years to:
- Reduce crime and anti-social behaviour
- Improve community cohesion and
- Increase the wellbeing of all residents
The Landlord workshop is running with conjunction with other workshops for residents, students, business etc.
We want as many as possible Landlords and managing agents to attend as possible You DO NOT have to be a LANI member to attend, so bring as many as landlords as you can along with you. This is a rare chance to put forward our views/requests/ideas.
The Resident Workshop was considered a success with over 80 residents attending and their views have been duly noted. We as landlords need our opinions noted with equal weight, as these will formulate the councils view and future plans which will affect our livelihoods.
So, it is important for all Belfast based landlords and agents to attend. This event is not just for HMO Landlords.
Refreshments will be provided.
Please forward a copy of this invite to any landlord or agent that you know even if they are not LANI members.
Belfast City Council want to hear from us.
Please attend and ensure that our voice is heard.
